The team at Le Marche Steak & Frites is composed of skilled chefs whom have originated from THE STEAK ROOM (Mansion 1881, Tsim Sha Tsui). With more than 20 years of rich experience and a thorough understanding of customers’ needs and niche palates, the restaurant offers a one-of-a-kind experience in steak offerings to cater to the Hong Kong audience.

Steak Frites

A signature dish, their Chargrilled US Angus Ribeye is a must have for its tender and juicy taste. Le Marche Steak & Frites utilizes high quality meats which are then marinated in their secret blend of 13 different spices. Finally, it is then chargrilled to give off a crispy and smoky exterior, whilst locking in the gravy and aroma from within.

Land & Sea

Taking into account the needs of different customers, the restaurant also has other dishes worth trying, such as the Fresh Boston Lobster, and Baked Alaskan halibut, all of which are made with fresh and high-quality ingredients. Among them, the most insta-worthy dish is the juicy and tender Roasted Free Range Farm Chicken which served on a french iron plate, and served with by vegetables.
